Penny L. (Bruch) Garrison

Penny L. Garrison, 62, formerly of Point Phillips, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at her home in Walnutport on Tuesday, October 24, 2023. She was the wife of Eric J. Garrison, to whom she was married 13 years.

Born in Fountain Hill, Penny was the daughter of the late Homer J. Jr. and Frances L. (McCrady) Bruch. She was a 1979 graduate of Northampton High School. Penny was last employed with Lehigh Valley Diagnostic Imaging at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Cedar Crest, where she worked for several years before retiring early due to health concerns. Prior to that, she worked for Dr. Harwick, and worked in the garment industry. Artistically talented, she enjoyed arts and crafts, crocheting and knitting, and always looked forward to decorating for the holidays, especially Christmas. Penny had a love for angels and was known for her big heart, always there to help others.

Survivors: In addition to her husband, Eric, she will be lovingly remembered by her brothers, Larry E. Bruch and wife, Elinor, of Point Phillips, and James H. Bruch of Moore Township; niece and nephews, Michael John Bruch and wife, Tiffany, Nicholas Bruch and girlfriend, Zoriada, Jennifer Bruch, Jeffery Bruch, and Michael Bruch and wife, Angela; great-niece and great-nephews, Brandon, Alizae, Ethan, and Lola; stepson, Shawn Garrison and wife, Kristen, of Slatington; and step-grandchildren, Nevaeh and Kulin. Penny was predeceased by a great-niece, Trista Rose Bruch; and a niece-in-law, Brenda A. (Seip) Bruch.

Services: A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, November 04, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. in the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, LLC, 2165 Community Drive, Route 946, in the Village of Moorestown – Bath, PA 18014. Friends and relatives are invited to call on Friday evening from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., and Saturday afternoon from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Fairview Cemetery, Moorestown.
