April Good

April M. Good, 65, of Moore Twp., passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 5, 2025 at her residence. She was the beloved wife of William Good, Sr. to whom she was married to for 41 years. Born in Allentown, April was a daughter of the late Sterling and Alice Rissmiller (Jagoe).

April dedicated her professional life to her business as the owner/operator of a successful cleaning service and beauty salon, where her attention to detail and strong work ethic earned her respect from patrons and peers alike. Beyond her career, she cherished the roles of mother and homemaker, nurturing her family with love and devotion. April's family was the center of her universe, and she took immense pride in their accomplishments and happiness.

During her free time, April enjoyed gardening, baking, and creating beautiful crafts, especially baskets. She found joy in shopping at the Saylorsburg Flea Market, where she loved to seek out unique treasures. Her love for the beach provided her with peaceful moments where she could relax and reflect, often with her nails and hair perfectly styled, a testament to her self-care and flair for life.

In addition to her husband, She will be dearly missed by her children: Amy Rountree (James) of Phillipsburg, NJ, Walter Mosteller (Bethany) of Nazareth, Courtney Good, William Good, Jr., (Victoria) of Richlands, NC, and Michael Good (Monica) of Bushkill Twp.; 20 grandchildren and 2 great- grandsons. April is predeceased by siblings: Craig Rissmiller & Susan Hall.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11 A.M. on Friday, April 11, 2025 in the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, INC. - 2165 Community Drive - Bath, PA 18014. Friends and Relatives are invited to call on Friday from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Lutheran Cemetery - Bushkill Center. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to the Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
