Deborah J. Rogers, 69, of Bushkill Township, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 28, 2024 at St. Luke's Hospital - Monroe Campus. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Rogers. Born in Northampton, Deborah was a daughter of the late Howard and Lillian (Miller) Gruber.

Deborah found joy in simple pleasures such as trips to the casino, watching classic movies, tuning into the Hallmark Channel, and indulging in her favorite pastime of playing cards, particularly "war." She also delighted in sharing meals with her family at local restaurants.

She will be missed by brothers: Howard Gruber of Stockertown, Daniel Gruber and wife Jean of Saylorsburg; sisters: Shirley Dorshimer and husband Robert of Saylorsburg, Kathy Collins of Nazareth & Sherry Hawk of SC; along with many nieces and nephews; family dog: Baby. In addition to her spouse, Joseph, she is predeceased by sisters: Judith Kemmerer and Joan Rogers and sister-in-law: Linda Gruber.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 2, 2024 at 11 A.M. in the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, LLC, 2165 Community Drive - Bath,18014. Friends and Relatives are invited to call from 10 A.M. until the time of the service. Interment will follow at Indianland Cemetery - Walnutport .
