Henry Garrett van Santen, age 95, of Lower Nazareth Township, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Gracedale Nursing Home. He was the cherished husband of the late Jean C. van Santen. Born on September 10, 1929, in Manhattan, New York, he was the son of the late Henry van Santen Sr. and Mabel van Santen (Cressman).
Henry served honorably in the United States Military, exemplifying dedication to his country. He later enjoyed a career in electrical maintenance with an Electric Boat Company.
He is survived by his beloved step-daughter, Janie Wolfe; cousins, Carol Cressman and John Cressman, who will miss him dearly.
Funeral services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Interment with Military Honors will take place at Benders Mennonite Church Cemetery, located at 975 Benders Church Road, Pen Argyl, Pennsylvania 18072.
