It is with great sadness that we announce the tragic passing of Jeffrey A. Marsh, of Bushkill Township, who passed away suddenly on Saturday, March 29, 2025, in Plainfield Township. Jeff was 59. He leaves behind his loving wife of 36 years, Lesley I. (Achenbach) Marsh.
Born in Fountain Hill, Jeff was the only child of the late Ralph R. and Joan M. (Snyder) Marsh. He was a 1983 graduate of Nazareth High School as well as the Vo-Tech electrical program. After graduating, Jeff embarked on a successful career in the electrical contracting industry that spanned more than 40 years, and he was currently employed as an estimator/buyer with R.G. Hoffman Electrical Contractors in Bangor. An avid hunter, motorcycle enthusiast and Lionel train collector, Jeff was also extremely proud of his big, red Ford F-350. Looking forward to celebrating his upcoming 60th birthday and the birth of his fifth grandchild, Jeff's pride and joy was his family. He cherished his grandchildren and was ecstatic to simply get on the floor to play along with them. Another joy in his life was playing Santa Claus for his grandchildren as well as for the children at the Point Phillips Rod & Gun Club where he was a member and volunteer.
Survivors: In addition to his loving wife, Lesley, he will be missed by his children, Alexis J. Marsh of Bethlehem, and Jed D. Marsh and wife, Elizabeth "Liz", of Saylorsburg; his precious grandchildren, Addison Mae, Dominic Michael, Oakley Alexander, Margaret Joan, and Benzli Jeffrey, expected to be born in June; mother-in-law, Barbara Achenbach of Belfast; sister-in-law, Debbie Achenbach Marshall of Wilson Borough; aunt, Joann "Susie" Snyder of Bushkill Township; nephews, Jeffrey Marshall and wife, Heather, and Phillip Achenbach; cousins; and many friends.
