Kevin Hanley

Kevin F. Hanley, 67, of Allentown, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 20, 2024 at St. Luke's Hospital - Anderson Campus. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Kevin was a son of Eileen McBride (Burns) of Fairview, NC and the late Guy Hanley. He was the step-son of Frank McBride.

Kevin worked in maintenance for FED-Cap - Manhattan, NY. He was a true introvert and most enjoyed his time listening to music, reading and of course doing all of the above with a Marlboro Red hanging from his lip. As a newshound, he was always up to date on current events in the world, and ready to inform you on what happened on any given day in history. An avid online poker player, he could often be found enjoying a game or two when he wasn't indulging his sweet tooth, by echoing his native roots to Brooklyn with classic NY cheesecake. Most importantly, Kevin cherished his time spent with his family, especially his beloved granddaughter.

Survivors: He will be dearly missed by his children: Jennifer Hanley (Robin) of Moore Twp., PA and Alex Hanley (Hannah) of Northampton, MA; grandchild: Winona; sisters: Noreen Lieto (Peter) of Williamstown, NJ and Ileen McBride of Fairview, NC; step-dad: Frank McBride of Fairview NC; former spouse: Randi Hanley of Easton, PA. Kevin was predeceased by sisters: Jeanne Bradley and Laura Bartlett.
