Lee T. Laubach, Sr., 81, of East Allen Township, peacefully passed away surrounded by his loving family at home on Tuesday, August 15, 2023.  He was the husband of Anna E. (Beam) Laubach, with whom he shared 23 loving years of marriage prior to her passing in 2015.  Born in Allentown, Lee was a son of the late Milton A. and Frances (Bush) Laubach.  He was a 1959 graduate of Dieruff High School and honorably served in the United States Army during Vietnam.  For 35 ½ years, Lee was employed at the P.B.N.E Railroad where he was a heavy equipment operator retiring in 2001.  Additionally, he owned and operated Lee’s Trash Hauling service for 20 years.  Lee was a member of Christ United Methodist Church of Easton, as well as a member of East Allen Township Fire Co., Bath Republican Club, and East Side Youth Center in Allentown, where he formerly served as President, Vice President and Finance Secretary.  A sportsman at heart, Lee was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and he always look forward to smoking acigar.

Survivors: Lee will be lovingly remembered and dearly missed by his daughter, Susan Sigley-Suedkamp, with whom he resided; two sons, David A. Laubach and wife, Donna, of South Allentown, and Lee T. Laubach, Jr. and wife, Missy, of Bethlehem Township; three grandchildren, Amanda, Hayden, and Zane; five great-grandchildren, Leah, Brandon, Jaxon, Spencer, and Bryce; a brother, Curtis Laubach and wife, Janet, of Allentown; along with nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, Anna, he was predeceased by a sister, Margaret J. Christman.

Services: A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, August 18, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. in Hope Cemetery - Hecktown, 371 Nazareth Pike, Lower Nazareth Township.  There will be no calling hours.  Arrangements are under the care and direction of the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, LLC, in the Village of Moorestown – Bath.

Contributions: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to the Children’s Youth Program at the Bath Republican Club, 146 N. Chestnut Street, Bath, PA 18014.
