Maybelle B. Helt, 92, of Lehigh Township, passed away peacefully while surrounded by her loving family on Monday, October 21, 2024 at her residence. She was the beloved wife of the late John "Jack" Helt to whom she was married to for 23 years before his passing in 2020. Born in Easton, Maybell was a daughter of the late Walter Buckman and Estelle Everhart (Ebner).

Maybelle was a member of Salem United Methodist Church - Danielsville. Maybelle devoted many years of her life working as a crayon packer at Binney & Smith and as a manager at Kmart in Easton. Her dedication to her work was always met with kindness and a warm smile that she shared with everyone she encountered.

In addition to her professional life, Maybelle found joy in knitting, solving puzzles, reading, and playing the piano. These hobbies brought her solace and happiness throughout her years.

She will be dearly missed by her daughter: Karen Lance of Walnutport; grandchildren: Christina, Alicia, David, Elizabeth and Andrea; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; nieces and nephews; canine companion: Skip. Maybelle was predeceased by children: Charmaine and Wayne Zimmerman; siblings: Barbara Simonetta, Fred Buckman and Betty Lou Buckman; previous spouses: Hubert "Bert" Zimmerman and Richard Adams.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at the Salem United Methodist Church, 1067 Blue Mountain Dr., Danielsville, PA 18038.  Interment will take place privately in South Easton Cemetery. Online expressions of sympathy may be recorded at: bensingfuneralhome.net. Arrangements and cremation care are under the direction of the GEORGE G. BENSING FUNERAL HOME, INC. - Moorestown.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be offered to Salem United Methodist Church, 1067 Blue Mountain Dr., Danielsville, PA 18038.
